Diploma in Pharmacy is a 2-year long career-oriented, diploma course. Students who wish to pursue a long-term career in the medical field of pharmaceutical sciences, starting in entry-level positions, are suitable for this course.

This program is designed to prepare candidates to work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist in hospitals, community pharmacies, and other pharmaceutical-related fields. Candidates can also pursue MBA Pharmaceutical Management after this course, though they would need to complete their bachelor’s first.

It is a 2-year course and  approved by AICTE & PCI, New Delh,i and affiliated by BTE & AKTU, Lucknow

Eligibility criteria for admission to D. Pharma-

• The subject combination required in the qualifying examination (intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent) for admission to D. Pharm 1st year is passed intermediate examination (10+2) with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Math / Biology(Zoology and Botany) through JEECUP.

• For admission to first year of D. Pharm, candidate must have clearly passed intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board / University in each compulsory subjects and one optional subject as given above and securing minimum 50% marks for unreserved / OBC and 45% marks for SC/ST Category candidates.
